Window Vista and Windows 7 Information

If you are using any version prior to Version 9, you need to upgrade for use on Windows Vista or Windows 7. Note that any changes affecting these operating systems after the end-of-support date for versions prior to the current version may affect those versions, so upgrading is highly recommended. Only Version 11 or higher has been tested for use on Windows 7.

This applies only to the installation to your PC and is not related to auditing Vista or Windows 7 PCs. You do not need to be an Administrator at your PC to run the admin console. However, depending on your UAC settings, you may need to run the installer at your PC (and only at your PC, not for auditing) as an Administrator. In Vista, right-click ezsetup.msi and select Run As Administrator. In Windows 7, shift + right-click and select Run as different user and enter the local admin name and password.
