Information on use of E-Z Audit to perform third-party
audits

third-party auditing using Standard Licenses:
If you are an IT consulting firm or VAR wishing to
use E-Z Audit to perform audits of your clients'
PCs, note this regarding the Standard license
conditions:
Our Standard licenses are customer specific. This
means you need to purchase a license of the
appropriate level for the number of PC that will be
audited for each third-party (customer) you will
audit. Further, the license cannot be used to
audit another third-party (customer of yours) even
if the software is removed from the first customer.
Likewise you cannot purchase, for example, a 200 PC
license to audit multiple third-parties (customers)
totaling 200 PCs even the license is for your own
internal use. If you have four customers at 50 or
fewer PCs each, you would need to purchase 4 x 50 PC
licenses, one for each of the four third parties.

Multi-customer
license for IT/VAR providers
If you have multiple
customers and you want to be able to audit them
without purchasing individual Standard licenses for
each, we offer a subscription based license that
permits this. Minimum license level is 500
PC. The license is good for one year and
can only be used to audit existing customers.
It cannot be used to offer audits online for anyone
visiting your site, etc. Other conditions and
restrictions apply.

Single project
limited time license
Discounted pricing if you
need a one-time audit of your PCs (or one customer
only) good for 30 days only.
The minimum license level is 350 PCs for this
option and the maximum is 2000 PCs.
Before applying, please note the
minimum
requirements to be considered a reseller of our products.
Web presence requirements:
- No website, not eligible.
- Free hosted sites from ISPs
and free hosting services are also disqualified.
- "Under Construction" or single
page websites, not eligible.
- Site must reflect that you are
in business as a reseller, VAR or other IT related
services company that provides software and/or software
services.
Minimum Company requirements:
- Your company is a valid
business entity (e.g. Incorporated, LLC, etc.) -
no "sole proprietorships" or similar are acceptable.
Proof may be requested.
- You must be able to provide
two references
if requested for other software companies whose software
you resell.
- Your company has been in
operation at least 12 months.
Final decision is at the sole discretion
of ATConsulting, LLC irrespective of the above.

as it contains important information on use of E-Z Audit by
third parties.
