Our licensing requires that each customer of yours be licensed separately according to their requirements.For example a 45 PC customer would need, as the best value, a Small Business Special 50 PC license.
If you have 10 customers and each of them has 50 or fewer PCs, each one must be licensed separately at the appropriate license level. That is, 10 x 50 PC licenses.
Each license, whether purchased by you or your customer is good for one customer only.They cannot be re-used at other customers even if removed from the prior customer site.
Licenses can not be shared or split among multiple customer locations. As an example, you cannot purchase a 500 PC license because you have 10 customers with 50 PCs each.Whether you factor the license price into your fee, or line-item the license expense, the cost/value proposition is extremely attractive, even for small customers.
How you benefit from using E-Z Audit
From a profit perspective, a license that allows you to audit a 25 PC office in well under an hour and that only adds a cost for your services to that company of $2.00 or less per PC is a great value for the customer, and a tremendous boost to your bottom line as you save staff time and provide a better service.
This will save your staff hours if not days per project.

If your customers say they can't handle a dollar or two or three for the audit service, you know that the consequences of not being properly audited are more expensive and you point this out: the costs of an audit that goes badly, or to be behind in patching PCs or servers, can cost many thousands of dollars.
