Audit PCs that are not on your network with E-Z Audit Remote

E-Z Audit offers you a simple to use tool for your users to audit their PCs at remote locations that requires no configuration on your part.  It is a simplified ezscan.exe module designed for unmanaged, remote use.

E-Z Audit Remote can perform a Basic audit or Full audit.  The Full audit includes details of all .EXE files on the remote user's PC.

It includes the ability for your users to enter answers to up to four questions as well.

TO AUDIT REMOTE USERS:

• Send the users an email with the URL to the remote audits (We provide you with the URL when registered and you request it.)

• If you want them to answer questions, tell them.  Example "What is your Employee ID?  Answer in Question 1"

• The audit will automatically save the file to their "My Documents" folder with the format of PCNAME.EZ14

• Let them know to reply to your email with that audit file attached.

• At your end, save the attachments either to the same folder as your LAN-based audits, or you can create folders for the branch in question, or Remotes.  It's up to you, E-Z Audit will take care of consolidating your remote audits into their own group (folder) or into your main data if you put them into the same folder.  Easy!
