What's New

E-Z Audit 2012 has been designed with dozens of usability enhancements requested by users, and many "under-the-hood" tweaks to make it even easier, and more.

New features:

• Automated audits now allow you to exclude PCs from being audited by PC Name or wildcard.  Exclude PCs that begin with, end with, or contain any character string.

• When comparing audits, exclude files in the Windows folder tree.

• Search for PC in PC View and exports now includes search by PC serial number in addition to PC name, user name, IPv4 address and MAC address.

• In the hardware summary, now click any PCs row of information and to that audit's details.

• Summary of Legacy OS's still in use. Zero-click report of PCs that pose a security threat or are in urgent need of upgrading.

• Support for Windows Server 2011

Ease of use enhancements:

• The Export 'tab' now allows for PC name and user column sorting.

• New and improved E-Z Audit On-Demand, now included, no longer an paid add-on.

• E-Z Audit Media is now included as a core function of E-Z Audit.  Audit non-program files like movies, images, documents, etc.

• Audit remote users with E-Z Audit Remote  We give you a URL, they go there and run an audit in a single click.  No need for ActiveX or Java or installation.

• Command line exporting now a free add-on.  Schedule your exports via the Windows Task Scheduler and let E-Z Audit do the rest!
